Undercat

A once thriving city full of animals has been overrun by cats. They enslaved all the animals and put collars on them. Those who refused to comply were driven out of the city and driven into the slums. A dog named Chips grew up in the slums and recently joined a group of rebels to take back the city and end the tyranny of cats once and for all.
