This configuration is optimized for RTX 4050 Mobile 6 GB. As a result, you get stable CPU load reduction and complete elimination of stuttering. In-game settings are set to High with DLSS on Balanced.

How to use:

Copy the provided ini file to the game’s config folder: %localappdata%\Bloodlines2\Steam\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor;
Create the folder if it does not exist;
Right-click the new file / Properties / set to "Read-Only" / Apply before launching the game.

To uninstall, simply delete the Engine.ini file. The next time you launch the game, the settings will revert to default.
