Wayward Strand

Wayward Strand is a narrative exploration game with humor and adventure. It's the summer of 1978, and Casey Beaumaris is doing everything to make this vacation the most fun and memorable. And then her mother asks her to help on the weekend at the flying hospital where she works.

Casey prefers books to people, but agrees, secretly planning to write an article about his hospital visit for the school newspaper. With his trusty notebook in tow, Casey arrives aboard the flying ship. Staff are overwhelmed with work preparing for a visit from an important official, while patients struggle to cope with the loss of loved ones and other traumas. In the midst of these interconnected and intertwined events, Casey spends time with patients, learning their stories and, as they unfold, discovering how she can help.
