Removing the mat filter

We are all fed up with the fact that when someone (or we) writes in a chat, it is blocked by the chat filter. But now this problem has been solved.
NOTE: The mod was only tested on viewing mats, not writing them.
Installation: Transfer all files inside the file to “Steam/steamapps/common/World of tanks blitz/”.
Всех нас достало то, что когда кто-то (или мы) пишем в чате, то это блокируется фильтром чата. Но теперь эта проблема была решена.
ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ: Мод был протестирован только на просмотре матов, а не написании их.
Установка: Перебросить все файлы внутри файла в «Steam/steamapps/common/World of tanks blitz/».
