XIII

XIII is a remake of the cult adventure shooter with a first-person view, where you take on the role of "Thirteen", who lost his memory and was accused of assassinating the US President. The spy story in the game is filled with black humor, cruelty and genre cliches, and visually XIII is made in a comic book style. After the assassination of President Sheridan, the entire country is in a state of shock. You wake up on a deserted east coast beach and realize that you are injured and have lost your memory. The only clues to the secret of your identity are a tattoo with the number XIII next to your collarbone and the key to the storage room. Your memory fails you — but you discover that you have the skills of a trained professional fighter. You embark on a journey to unravel the secret of your past, and along the way you discover your role in the assassination of the President of the United States, uncovering the most astonishing conspiracy in the history of the country.
