Animations and models from the beta version of Half-Life leaked online

Reddit users have at their disposal animations and models from an early version of Half-Life. According to the anonymous person who uploaded them, the leak occurred in early 2024 directly from Valve.

On the model cards you can see early versions of zombie bodies. Judging by them, the game was designed to be more frightening at an early stage:

There are also several cards with the faces of scientists, including the face of the G-Man. Probably, at that time he did not yet play the role in the plot that he received later.

In addition, the archive contains various character animations such as movement, climbing, dying and attacking. It is noteworthy that the character Barney Calhoun was given his own folder with files.
