Group chat is likely coming to Honkai: Star Rail

According to a new leak, the developers of Honkai: Star Rail will add group chat to the game. Presumably, the function will be implemented in version 2.3 of the game, which will be released on June 19.

The information came from trusted insider Zenithleak, who has shared leaks about the game more than once. According to him, group chat is already in the beta version of the future Honkai: Star Rail update, but it is still being finalized.

As gamers on Reddit suggested, the developers are preparing to introduce some kind of social mechanics in the game or a full-fledged co-op. Probably, in the future, full-fledged player guilds may appear in the game.
