Insider: Splinter Cell Remake will not appear at Ubisoft Forward
According to trusted insider Shinobi602, a Splinter Cell remake may not be expected at the upcoming Ubisoft exhibition. The project has been in development since December 2021.
Shinobi602 reported this on social networks in response to a question from one of the fans of the series. As the insider said, «Nothing bad, just needs more time.» Probably, the developers from Ubisoft Toronto intend to «polish» the project before showing it to the public.
Let us remind you that the announcement of Splinter Cell Remake took place in December 2021. The game will use the Snowdrop Engine, it will update a number of elements and add the ability to complete the game without killing opponents.
The Ubisoft Forward exhibition will take place on June 10. The event trailer can be viewed here.
