The release of Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster with revamped graphics has taken place on PC and consoles
Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster, originally launched 18 years ago on Xbox 360 (with an enhanced version released for PC, PS4, and Xbox One in 2016), is now available on PC and consoles.
Initial gamer reviews at the time of writing are positive, with a rating of 82%.
Key features of Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster include completely overhauled graphics using the RE Engine, updated full voice acting for characters, support for autosaves, as well as improved controls and interface.
According to the developers, blood splatters, environment textures, and facial expressions have become much more realistic compared to the original.
The main action takes place during a zombie apocalypse in the town of Willamette, Colorado. The protagonist, freelance journalist Frank West, must survive for three days until help arrives.
Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster is available on Steam, PS Store (PS5), and Xbox Store (Xbox Series X/S).
