Story DLC for western shooter Blood West announced with new enemies and weapons — first trailer released
Publisher New Blood Interactive and developer Hyperstrange have announced the Dead Man's Promise expansion for the first-person western shooter Blood West, which was released last year to very positive reviews on Steam.
«A promise made and a deal struck, your soul signed as collateral in your debt to the God of Death. Now your benefactor seeks to claim his due and sends his messenger to make sure you make good on your word...» — reads the description.
The DLC will feature a new story chapter, additional skills, new weapons, and monstrous types of enemies. According to the developers, some of these enemies will have the ability to invade the character's mind and kill them.
The first trailer for Dead Man's Promise showcases gameplay footage and some of the new features. The character will be able to use shamanic powers to deal with enemies.
The exact release date for Dead Man's Promise has not been announced yet, but a Steam page is already available.
