S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 Receives Second Patch With Quest Fixes

The developers of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl have released the second patch 1.0.2 in the wake of the first major update. This time, they fixed several bugs that interfered with the completion of quests.

After releasing 1.0.1, we are now ready to proceed with patch 1.0.2. This update includes bug fixes for six missions, as well as additional bug fixes.

Major patch changes:

  • The second wave of enemies now appears in the mission «On the Edge»;
  • Fixed the issue with Richter dying in the mission «A Minor Incident»;
  • Removed the player getting stuck on Wild Island after installing the fuse;
  • Fixed the issue with the inability to complete the mission at Chemical Plant;
  • Enemies no longer spawn in inaccessible areas;
  • Fixed an issue with the absence of an important quest character during the mission «Visions of Truth»;
  • Fixed several critical EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION errors.

You can read the patch on the game's Steam page. In the future, the developers also promise to fix the A-Life system in one of the major updates.

Previously, the percentage of sales of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl in various countries was revealed.
