YouTuber Shows S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 with Photorealistic Graphics Mods
Even though S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl is made on Unreal Engine 5, the game's graphics could still be improved. Blogger Digital Dreams pumped up the game with mods for the visuals and demonstrated a photorealistic Zone.
For the video, the YouTuber used several modifications that improve the image and fix graphics issues like incorrect reflections. The full list can be found here. He also used ReShade, set the graphics settings to maximum, and enabled ray tracing. The build was launched on AMD Ryzen 9 7950X AM5 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090.
Recall that the S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 rating on Steam is gradually growing — the game has already received 85% positive reviews. In the meantime, the developers are actively repairing the game, having released one major update and a smaller patch with bug fixes in a couple of days.
