A recent BAFTA video featuring Assassin's Creed executive producer Marc-Alexis Côté showed off a new intro for future games for the first time. Now, with each launch, Ubisoft will showcase iconic characters from the series.

The intro will be available in Assassin's Creed: Shadows. Fans of the franchise may recognize Ezio, Altair, Kassandra, Connor, Arno, and the main characters from other parts, including the yet-to-be-released game, in the footage — however, for some reason, Jacob Frye from Syndicate is not in the footage. However, Ezio and Altair were shown several times.

From Altaïr to Naoe & Yasuke, Ubisoft's Marc-Alexis Côté looks back on the legacy of the iconic games series and how the games (and Ubisoft as a studio) have evolved during that time.

By the way, not long ago the executive producer of Assassin's Creed promised that the games will return to a more elaborate plot in the modern-day segments, as it was in the first parts with Desmond.
