Woman Trolls Gamers Criticizing 'Unattractive' Female Characters by 'Fixing' Joel and Kratos

Recent trailers for The Witcher 4 and Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet have reignited debates about how "sexy" protagonists in games should be. X user @selmacashmoney decided to poke fun at critics who complained about female characters not being "attractive enough." She did so by "enhancing" the appearances of Joel from The Last of Us and Kratos from God of War.

Using an AI editor similar to those employed to "fix" Aloy’s appearance in Horizon Forbidden West, she gave Joel a youthful makeover and turned Kratos into a man with luscious locks.

Sick of the woke, non conventionally attractive male video game protagonists. Take Joel from The Last of Us. I’ve used filters to remove his aging skin, DEI chin, woke wrinkles, and greying hair. Now he looks strong, masculine, and attractive.
I’ve had a few requests for Kratos. Here I’ve changed this old grumpy BALD man into a young, dare I say sexy womaniser! Nice head of hair, perfect skin, and a cheeky smile women will swoon over. Consider him fixed!

Within hours, her main post on X garnered 2.5 million views and 130,000 likes. She jokingly added that she’s ready to assist other developers and become their official consultant.
