Insider Claims Jill Valentine «Doesn't Play Any Major Role» in Resident Evil 9

An insider known as Dusk Golem has commented on the rumors surrounding Resident Evil 9, which has yet to be officially announced. He stated that Jill Valentine "doesn't play any major role" in the project, despite the expectations of some fans.

According to him, most of the rumors about Jill in Resident Evil 9 are fake. The game is likely to be announced after this summer.

However, the insider did not say that Jill would be absent from the ninth installment of the series. She may still have a role, albeit a minor one.

Dusk Golem also claims that Capcom is currently developing a remake of Resident Evil Zero.

To recap, the eighth installment of Resident Evil, subtitled Village, was released in 2021 and received 95% positive reviews on Steam.
