Fan remaster of GTA Vice City on GTA 4 engine released

Independent developers from Revolution Team have released GTA Vice City Nextgen Edition. This project transfers all the content from Grand Theft Auto: Vice City to the GTA 4 engine, including story and side missions, radio, locations and transport.

A couple of days before the release of the modification, the official YouTube channel of Revolution Team was removed at the request of the publisher Take-Two Interactive. Despite the ban, the developers still decided to release it, but now the project has become completely autonomous. You can launch GTA Vice City Nextgen Edition without the original copy of the game.

The team of modders also showed the final trailer with footage from the «remaster»:

Recall that shortly before this, Rockstar Games closed another fan project, which transferred Liberty City from GTA 4 to the GTA 5 engine.
