Artist of Cancelled Sequel Batman: Arkham Knight Showed Batbike Concept Art

Jason Schreier recently reported that Warner Bros. canceled the Batman: Arkham Knight sequel in favor of Gotham Knights a few years ago. Now, concept art of the Batbike from the cancelled game has appeared online.
Artist Daniel Simon shared images of Batman's motorcycle on Instagram, revealing a little about the Dark Knight's transport. One of the armor upgrades suggested that the plates would cover the Batbike like bat wings. The concept art itself likely depicts Damian Wayne, who took his father's place.
As a reminder, the sequel was being developed under the codename Project Sabbath. The game's plot took place ten years after Batman: Arkham Knight and was inspired by the Batman Beyond series. WB Games Montreal was responsible for the development, but the project was canceled in 2017.
Last month, Warner Bros. closed Monolith Production and two other studios. We examined the situation around the company's gaming division in detail in our recent article.
