Details on the New Silent Hill Game to Be Revealed This Week — Konami Announces Silent Hill Transmission Showcase

Konami has unexpectedly announced a new online showcase, Silent Hill Transmission, dedicated to the iconic franchise. The event is set to take place on March 13 at 3:00pm PDT.

Fans can expect fresh details on Silent Hill f, the first fully-fledged new entry in the series since Silent Hill: Downpour (2012). The debut teaser was shown back in 2022, but little has been revealed about the game since then.

Silent Hill f is known to be set in 1960s Japan, with a story penned by Ryukishi07, the writer behind the visual novel Higurashi: When They Cry.

The game could potentially launch this year, as Silent Hill f recently received an age rating in South Korea.
