Rumor: Naughty Dog's Next Game Will Surprisingly Resemble Elden Ring

YouTube channel MinnMax has shared new details about Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet. Back in October, host Ben Hanson mentioned that Naughty Dog’s next project would offer a great deal of player freedom and be reminiscent of another popular title in terms of exploration.
In a recent video, Hanson confirmed that the game in question was Elden Ring.
I think it's fine to say it now, that game was Elden Ring that it was compared to back then. If I would have said 'Naughty Dog's next game is like Elden Ring' and then that reveal trailer came out, I feel like we would have been lit on fire.
Previously, Neil Druckmann stated that Intergalactic would heavily explore themes of loneliness. The protagonist will navigate the isolated planet Sempiria, making an Elden Ring-style exploration approach easy to imagine.
Naughty Dog has yet to announce a release date for Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, which will launch on PS5.
