A fan has recreated one of the most beautiful locations from the Lord of the Rings trilogy in Valheim

A player with the nickname mrholmestv has recreated one of the most impressive locations from the Lord of the Rings trilogy by Peter Jackson in the survival game Valheim. He shared his version of the elven settlement of Rivendell on Reddit.

Note that to create waterfalls, the craftsman still had to resort to cheats, since such objects simply do not exist in the game. According to him, he «froze» the texture of the water through the console, and also used tar swamps. In the video you can see recognizable locations from the film — for example, the place where Elrond's council took place.

Other users also appreciated the work of the enthusiast:

«It turned out really beautifully,» — Sven_Letum.

«Wait, what is this, bloody Rivendell?» — OnyxFox89.

«How? Just... how?» —Deguilded.

«With or without mods, very nice build, good design!» — UnholyCephalopod.

In addition to Rivendell, the fan also showed the finished tower of Isengard, which was the fortress of Saruman the White in the trilogy.

Not sure if I want to go in..

By the way, a board game based on Valheim was recently announced. A major update for the game was also released in May, adding a new region.
