A major update has recently occurred in Escape from Tarkov, introducing a new map called Epicenter. Although it's small, knowing the locations of the extraction points is very beneficial. In this guide, we've provided a preliminary map of the location, as well as described all available exits.
Escape from Tarkov players will sooner or later visit the new location added with the last update, as the starting quests will have to be completed here. However, the map is not particularly large, so you will get the hang of it rather quickly.
There are a total of five extraction points available: two main (with no special requirements) and three additional. Below we have described where they are located and what is needed to leave the Epicenter location.
Probably one of the popular exits on this map. It is located in the lower left part of the location, and nothing is required for its activation — just approach the corner of the bank building. In the parking lot, you will see an EMERCOM temporary camp and an ambulance.
This exit is located directly in the Nakatani building and is very easy to find. If you are coming from Prospekt Mira, you can go through the underground highway and go up at the Capital Insight skyscraper. The area between the Nakatani and Empire complexes is dangerous — it's not advisable to run there. Climb directly into the building to the first floor and run between the elevators, then turn right. Here will be the descent to the basement.
The extraction point is located between the Terragroup and Empire buildings. This is a classic «taxi» — a black SUV, to whose driver you need to pay in order to leave the location. It's possible that the car may spawn randomly, as on other maps, but during our gameplay, we observed it in every raid.
One of the safest exits on the Epicenter map, but before running here, you need to know a few nuances. You must first find a green flare and launch it at the signal point. This will not be difficult, as one such item with a 100% chance appears on a corpse right before the exit.
You just have to pick it up, go a little forward, and launch the flare into the air. Note that some players may pick up the flare before you but not use it. In this case, you'll have to move to another exit.
If you find a player-bot in the raid who also needs to urgently leave the location, you can use this exit. It is located on the eastern side of the Terragroup building.
