All recipes and potion map in Potion Craft: Alchemist Simulator

Potion Craft: Alchemist Simulator is an alchemist simulator where players will discover, create, and sell various potions. In this guide, we will tell you how to unlock all recipes in the game and how to create potions with different effects.

In this guide, we will provide examples of mostly strong potions (level 3). If you need a weak or medium potion, for example, at the request of a client, you can use the same recipes but add a little water. This will allow you to shift the flask to the side and make the potion less effective.

In the guide, we also indicate one or two main recipes. If you need to prepare a potion using other ingredients at the request of clients, you will have to act independently.

Note: you can change the recipe depending on the ingredients used.

What are the bases for making potions

At the beginning of the game, the base for your potions will be water. With its help, you can create high-level recipes — up to the third level.

A little later, you will be able to purchase oil from the alchemist-trader. When using it, the potion map will change. Players will be able to create various potions using completely different ingredients.

It is worth noting that moving on the oil base potion map is much more difficult — the flask seems to slide on the map.

The main difference between these two bases is that on the water potion map, high-level recipes are located closer to the center. And on the oil potion map, on the contrary, high-level recipes are located on the edges of the map.

How herbs and mushrooms differ from stones and crystals

In the game, there are a huge number of different ingredients with which you can achieve the set goal. Despite the variety, they are divided into two types:

  1. Ingredients that cannot overcome obstacles: herbs, mushrooms, and other plants;
  2. Ingredients that can overcome obstacles: stones and crystals.

You can purchase rocks from the miner, who will often visit your shop. The price of such ingredients is very high, but with their help, you can quickly unlock all available recipes on the map.

In this section, you can find a detailed potion map for several bases — Water and Oil. Click on the image to enlarge it. You can also open the picture in a new tab or download it to your device.

What are the levels of potions

On the map, you can see icons with question marks — these are potions. They are all divided into three types:

  1. Three-level.
  2. Two-level.
  3. One-level.

The farther the potion is from the center, the lower the level you can create:

  • If the recipe icon (flask) is positioned with the neck up — you can create potions of levels 3, 2, and 1;
  • If the recipe icon (flask) is positioned with the neck up-right or up-left — you can create only level 1 and 2 potions;
  • If the icon is positioned with the neck down, down-right, or down-left — you can create only level 1 potions.

Despite this, there is a way to increase the level of the potion being created. For this, the ingredient Moon Salt is used. With its help, you can rotate the flask in any direction, thereby increasing the level of the potion. The salt recipe will be unlocked when you complete the fifth story chapter. It can be purchased from the alchemist-trader. Use the alchemical machine to create the salt.

How to create a potion with different effects

As you progress through the game, you need to complete various tasks in the alchemist's book. For example, in the second chapter, you need to create a potion with two different effects. But how to do it?

In fact, creating a potion with two or more effects is quite simple. You need to open a previously recorded recipe in the recipe book and click Continue brewing from here.

Mostly combined potions will be useful for use in the alchemical machine. But some clients will also ask for non-standard potions — this should be taken into account.

When examining ingredients in the alchemical machine, pay attention to the level of effects in the potion. If three identical effects are drawn, and then two others, you need to create a potion from the third and second levels. Here's what it looks like.

When you reach the next effect, do not click Finish potion. Instead, just heat the cauldron with the ingredients.

How to expand the recipe book

From the start, only 12 blank pages are available to all players in the recipe book. As you progress through the game, you will meet the alchemist-trader. Sometimes he will bring parts for the alchemical machine, which is in the basement of the main character. But more often — enchanted pages. Each purchased page will add one blank slot in the recipe book.

Healing potion

Ingredients:

  • Base: Water;
  • Terraria (2);
  • Brown mushroom (1).

Grind the ingredients and put them in the cauldron, then stir slowly. When the number III appears on the flask, stop stirring. Heat the potion and get the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Base: Water;
  • Waterbloom (1);
  • Terraria (2).

First, throw in the terraria, then two waterblooms. Bring the flask to the recipe, then a bit further. To go back and get the third level of the potion, add water to the cauldron.

Ingredients:

  • Base: Water;
  • Waterbloom (1);
  • Goldthorn (1).

Add the crushed waterbloom, then crush the goldthorn and add water.

Poison Potion

Ingredients:

  • Base: Water;
  • Firebell (1);
  • Terraria (2).

To prepare this potion, crush the firebell, then grind the terraria. Do not bring the flask to the end. Stop at the same point as shown in the screenshot below. Then throw in a whole terraria and go past the potion. You need to stop so that you can add water and the flask is in the center of the potion.

Fire Potion

Ingredients:

  • Base: Water;
  • Firebell (3);
  • Windbloom (1).

Crush two firebells, and the third one not completely. Bring the flask on the map to the left position so that it is approximately in the center of the potion. If you overdid it, remove the ingredient back into the inventory. Add the crushed windbloom and go a little higher. This way you can get the fire potion.

You can use only three firebells provided you route correctly. If you need to deviate in any direction, add a specific ingredient.

Frost Potion

Ingredients:

  • Base: Water;
  • Waterbloom (3).

Besides this plant, we won't need anything else. Route the path to the potion and stir gently. You should stop exactly at the III mark.

Strength Potion

Since this is a complex recipe and it's not easy to reach, depending on the obstacles on your potion map, the ingredients used may vary.

Basic recipe (no obstacles on the path):

  • Base: Water;
  • Terraria (4).

If there are no obstacles below or there is a passage, you can get by with just four terraria roots. Crush three of them, and throw the third one whole into the cauldron. Stop the flask a bit further from the recipe and add water.

Dexterity Potion

You can reach the dexterity potion using various ingredients. We recommend using the following:

  • Base: Water;
  • Waterbloom (4);
  • Windbloom (2).

Crush four waterblooms and move the flask to the right. Add one whole windbloom, then another. Stir until the flask is a bit further from the recipe. Add water to bring it back to the III mark.

Sleep Potion

Ingredients:

  • Base: Water;
  • Waterbloom (3);
  • Lifebloom (1);
  • Goodberry (1).

First, crush three waterblooms and add them to the cauldron. Then repeat the actions with the lifebloom and add one crushed goodberry. You should hit the center of the recipe to create a level three potion. If you miss a bit, add water.

Ingredients:

  • Base: Water;
  • Waterbloom (3);
  • Lifebloom (1);
  • Waterbloom (1);
  • Lifebloom (1).

Since goodberry is a rather rare resource in Potion Craft, you can use one more waterbloom and lifebloom petal each. After the three crushed waterblooms and lifebloom, throw in one whole waterbloom. Crush the last lifebloom, then add water.

Slowdown Potion

Ingredients:

  • Base: Water;
  • Mudshroom (2);
  • Stinkshroom (1);
  • Lifebloom (3);
  • Waterbloom (1).

Crush two mudshrooms about 60-70%, then add the fully crushed stinkshroom. Add to this three crushed lifeblooms and half-crushed waterbloom. Add water and stir to reach the recipe.

Potion of Wild Growth

Ingredients:

  • Base: Water;
  • Lifebloom (3);
  • Waterbloom (1) and Mudshroom (1), or Rotweed (1).

Add three crushed lifeblooms, then use waterbloom in combination with mudshroom, or crush one rotweed.

Potion of Swiftness

Ingredients:

  • Base: Water;
  • Windbloom (4).

Fully crush two windblooms, and partially crush the third. The fourth ingredient can be fully crushed and added to the cauldron. Stir carefully to stop at the III mark. If you go past it, add water.

Potion of Magical Sight

Ingredients:

  • Base: Water;
  • Waterbloom (3);
  • Shadowchanterelle (2);
  • Witch Mushroom (1).

Crush three waterblooms, then throw in two whole shadowchanterelles without crushing them. After that, add the crushed witch mushroom and stop behind the recipe. Add water to bring the flask to the III mark.

Mana Potion

Ingredients:

  • Base: Water;
  • Shadowchanterelle (3).

Crush three shadowchanterelles, but not the last one completely. Stop the flask behind the recipe approximately in the middle. Add water and, if necessary, stir the ingredients in the cauldron a bit more.

Potion of Stone Skin

Ingredients:

  • Base: Water;
  • Terraria (3);
  • Stinkshroom (1);
  • Firebell (1);
  • Lifebloom (2).

Add three crushed terrarias, then one stinkshroom. Move the flask to the right using a whole firebell. Finally, crush two lifeblooms and adjust the movement with water.

Potion of Explosion

Ingredients:

  • Base: Water;
  • Mad Mushroom (4).

Crush four mad mushrooms and reach the recipe. Add a bit of water to go back and stop at the III mark.

Potion of Lightning

Ingredients:

  • Base: Water;
  • Shadowchanterelle (2);
  • Cloud Crystal (1);
  • Shadowchanterelle (1).

Crush two shadowchanterelles and add them to the cauldron. Throw in the crushed cloud crystal, then partially crush the last shadowchanterelle. Add some water and stir the potion to reach the III mark.

Ingredients:

  • Base: Water;
  • Thunder Thistle (3);
  • Windbloom (1).

Throw three crushed thunder thistles and one windbloom into the cauldron. Adjust the combination with water.

Potion of Acid

Ingredients:

  • Base: Water;
  • Swamp Mushroom (3);
  • Firebell (2);
  • Stinkshroom (2).

Crush all ingredients except the last stinkshroom. It should be crushed to about 40%. Stop the flask behind the recipe and add a bit of water.

Potion of Light

Ingredients:

  • Base: Water;
  • Firebell (4);
  • Hairy Banana (1);
  • Mad Mushroom (1).

Crush the firebells and the hairy banana, then add the crushed mad mushroom. Stop behind the recipe and add a bit of water.

Ingredients:

  • Base: Water;
  • Firebell (4);
  • Fire Citrine (1).

Potion of Charm

  • Base: Water;
  • Mad Mushroom (2);
  • Windbloom (2);
  • Mad Mushroom (1);
  • Sulfur Shelf (1).

Use two mad mushrooms to reach the whirlpool and increase the fire. You will end up on the opposite side. Add two crushed windblooms, a mad mushroom, and a sulfur shelf. Stop a bit behind the recipe and add water.

Potion of Invisibility

Ingredients:

  • Base: Water;
  • Crushed Thunder Thistle (3);
  • Ground Windbloom (2);
  • Crushed Waterbloom (1);
  • Ground Windbloom (1);
  • Whole Windbloom (1);

  • Whole Mad Mushroom (1);
  • Crushed Windbloom (2);
  • Ground Mad Mushroom (1);
  • Crushed Witch Mushroom (1);
  • Ground Waterbloom (1);
  • Crushed Mad Mushroom (2).

Use the first two mushrooms to reach the whirlpool. Then rise higher, passing obstacles with the help of windbloom, mad mushrooms, and witch mushrooms. When you are close to the potion, crush the waterbloom and two mad mushrooms. Add water to create a level three effect potion.

Ingredients:

  • Base: Water;
  • Foggy Parasol (5);
  • Ground Cloud Crystal (1);
  • Crushed Foggy Parasol (1).

Potion of Rage

  • Base: Water;

Ingredients:

  • Base: Water;
  • Crushed Mad Mushroom (4);
  • Crushed Firebell (1);
  • Crushed Mad Mushroom (2);
  • Goldthorn (1);
  • Stinkshroom (1).

Crush four mad mushrooms, then the firebell and two more of the same mushrooms. Grind the goldthorn to about 10%, then throw in a whole stinkshroom. Add water to get a level three effect potion.
