Quentin Tarantino, who declined to work on "The Movie Critic," is in no hurry to start shooting his new final film. At the Sundance Film Festival, the director revealed that he is currently occupied with writing a play.
According to Tarantino, the success of the play will influence what his final film will be like. "If it’s a fiasco I probably won’t turn it into a movie. But if it’s a smash hit? It might be my last movie," the director stated.
Tarantino also admitted that he dedicates much of his time to fatherhood and thus doesn't want to return to the film industry just yet. His son is five years old, and his daughter is two and a half.
In conclusion, the creator of "Pulp Fiction" criticized the modern business model for neglecting theaters in favor of streaming services.
