The game is being developed not by Ubisoft, but by the third-party studio Evil Empire, known for the metroidvania Dead Cells, which has received 128 thousand reviews and a 97% rating on Steam. It is expected that the project will be announced on April 10 during The Triple-i Initiative presentation.
