Redanian Intelligence, which regularly shares truthful information about The Witcher series, has disclosed how the writers of the fourth season might introduce a new Geralt. It's worth noting that Henry Cavill, the actor who played the lead role, has left the show, and the monster hunter will now be portrayed by Liam Hemsworth.

Netflix recently showcased a script reading clip for the fourth season, featuring all the main actors. Among them were Serrana Su-Ling Bliss and Clive Russell, who play the sorceress Nimue and the wandering storyteller Stribog, respectively. It is with their help that Netflix might explain the drastic changes in Geralt's appearance.

Nimue is the Lady of the Lake, born decades after the story of Geralt, Yennefer, and Ciri. In her time, the White Wolf has become a legend, with many tales of his adventures spreading across the Continent. There are numerous versions of this story, differing not only in the events described but also in the characters' appearances.

In the first three seasons, we watched a story in which Geralt looks like Henry Cavill. The continuation will introduce us to a new interpretation, according to which the witcher resembled Liam Hemsworth. Redanian Intelligence suggests that at the beginning of the fourth season, we will be shown a scene with Stribog and Nimue, who will reintroduce Geralt of Rivia.

The premiere date of the fourth season is unknown, but it seems the show will be released in 2025. Netflix has officially confirmed that the fifth season of The Witcher will be the last.
