The final episode of the popular series Shogun has been released on Hulu

The final, tenth episode of Shogun was released on Hulu, one of the most highly-regarded series of 2024. The series premiere took place on February 27.

Shogun is based on the James Clavell historical novel. The story follows an English sailor, one of the first to arrive in Japan at the beginning of the 17th century. By chance, the protagonist quickly befriends one of the daimyos. The main roles were played by Cosmo Jarvis, Anna Sawai, and Hiroyuki Sanada, who played Scorpion in the Mortal Kombat film adaptation.

Shogun had a record start on Hulu and received numerous glowing reviews. The series received 85 out of 100 points on Metacritic, 9 out of 10 points on IMDb, and 99% 'freshness' on Rotten Tomatoes.

Previously, the creators of the show confirmed that Shogun would not have a second season.
