The authors of the Terminator survival show showed new screenshots and talked about the plot

Developers from Nacon Studio Milan showed off new screenshots of Terminator: Survivors, a cooperative open-world survival game based on the Terminator universe. At the same time, they talked about the plot and features of the game.

The events of Terminator: Survivors start in 2009, four years after the start of the war with Skynet. According to the game's lore, in the film «Terminator 2» Sarah Connor did not cancel the apocalypse, but only moved it to 2005. The plot will also tell about the events that unfolded four years before the start of the game.

The survival game will have two modes — single-player and cooperative for four people, and PvP is not provided. Players will start with a ready-made base, which will need to be expanded and equipped, and they will be provided with different types of transport to explore the map. The Terminator in the game will only have one model — the T-800, and the developers called it «invincible.» It is expected to hunt survivors and attack hideouts. Terminator: Survivors will feature other iconic characters from the franchise.

The game is being developed on Unreal Engine 5. Let us remind you that Terminator: Survivors will be released in Steam Early Access this October.
