Warner Bros. has announced the premiere date for «Mortal Kombat 2»

Warner Bros. has set the premiere date for «Mortal Kombat 2». The action movie will be released on October 24, 2025.
Simon McQuoid will return as the director, and the script will be handled by Jeremy Slater, who worked on the series «Moon Knight.» The main roles will be played by Karl Urban, Hiroyuki Sanada, Lewis Tan, Tati Gabrielle, Tadanobu Asano, Jessica McNamee, Joe Taslim, and others.
The first «Mortal Kombat» was released in April 2021 and earned $84 million.
Previously, the creators of the fighting game Mortal Kombat 1 released a new trailer, timed to the upcoming appearance of Homelander from «The Boys.»
