Ghost of Tsushima became the third most popular PlayStation game on Steam
May 17, 2024, 09:51 AM
Yesterday, Ghost of Tsushima, an open-world samurai action game previously available only on PlayStation, was released on Steam. The game almost immediately reached an online peak of 57,000 players — a record so far.
57,000 is the third best performance for Sony games on Steam. Helldivers 2 took first place by a wide margin (458,000), while the «silver» is still held by God of War (73,000).
The new release also received good reviews — at the time of writing, the rating is 84%. Mostly, gamers are only complaining about Sony's policy of removing the action game from sale in 180 Steam regions.
In Europe, the game costs 60 euros.
