13 minutes of Silent Hill 2 gameplay released. It showcased the first encounter with a monster and Brookhaven Hospital

Last night, Konami held its own presentation, the highlight of which was a 13-minute gameplay video of Silent Hill 2. The game's release is scheduled for October 8.

The video demonstrates the initial segments of the game, including the first encounter with an enemy. The protagonist also visited Brookhaven Hospital, where he met Laura and the nurses.

It is worth noting that the new video was received much warmer than the February trailer. That one, as a reminder, drowned in dislikes due to a heavy focus on the combat system and the overall quality of the remake.

Silent Hill 2 will be released on PC (Steam) and PlayStation 5.
