Screenshots of the remaster of the cult Arx Fatalis, the first game from the creators of Dishonored, have appeared
The team of Arx Insanity, an unofficial remaster for the cult role-playing game Arx Fatalis, shared new screenshots. Unfortunately, the fan addon will not be released very soon, but you can evaluate the result of the work done.
The Arx Fatalis remaster has been in development since 2020 and even has a demo version. However, the other day the head of the team announced that most of the participants left the project, and the work of Arx Insanity was suspended. The trial version also had to be removed. However, the remaining modders intend to finish what is ready at the moment. It is still unknown when exactly the remaster will be available for download. You can follow Arx Insanity updates here.
Let us remember that the original Arx Fatalis was the first project of the Arkane studio, known to many for Dishonored and Dark Messiah of Might and Magic. The game was released in 2002 and was distinguished by a particularly oppressive atmosphere and immersiveness.
Earlier it became known that the development of a major mod for Fallout: New Vegas had been suspended.
