Official remasters of both parts of Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver may be announced very soon

It seems that in the foreseeable future, Crystal Dynamics might announce remasters of Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver and Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver 2. At the 2024 Comic-Con International: San Diego event, a stand was spotted featuring a statuette of Kain and Raziel.

Below it, the following inscription can be seen: «Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver I & II Remastered». Crystal Dynamics has not officially announced the projects yet, but this might happen very soon.

The plot of Soul Reaver tells the story of the former vampire Raziel, who was betrayed by his mentor Kain and turned into a soul reaver. The hero seeks revenge on his offender. In addition to the action elements, the game also features puzzles.

By the way, this summer a graphic novel titled Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver — The Dead Shall Rise was announced, which will tell the story of Raziel's past (even before he became a vampire).
