S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 is now available on PC and Xbox Series X/S
After numerous delays, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 has finally launched, available now on PC and Xbox Series X/S with Russian subtitles. The PC version is available on Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store.
Developed using Unreal Engine 5, the shooter takes place in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone, significantly altered after an incident in 2006. Players take on the role of a lone stalker named Scythe, exploring a vast open world filled with various factions, mutants, anomalies, and artifacts.
Reviews for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl went live two hours before launch. The game has been praised for its atmosphere, tense gameplay, vibrant world, impressive graphics, and excellent sound design. However, criticism has been leveled at the main storyline, enemy AI, poor optimization, and bugs.
As a reminder, costumes from S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 were previously added to Tom Clancy's The Division 2.
