Fan Releases Dark Souls 3 «Remaster» With Improved Graphics And Lighting

The PC version of Dark Souls 3 has acquired a large-scale modification of 5.3 GB, which repairs the game's graphics. The addon corrects the lighting, reworks reflections and fixes unnecessary highlights.
DS3 Visual Overhaul LOD removes pop-up objects and textures, changes reflection maps to eliminate the effect of a metallic surface, adjusts lighting and normal maps, removes unnecessary color correction and highlighting of the main character and opponents, changes the anti-aliasing principle, and also adds support for improved SSAO technology like in Armored Core 6. The result can be seen in the video and in the screenshots below:

In November, a rumor emerged that FromSoftware was preparing a full-fledged remaster of Dark Souls 3. While the information has not yet been confirmed, yesterday the studio began sending out the first invitations to test Elden Ring: Nightreign.
