Insider: Developers Received Nintendo Switch 2 Dev Kits Without 4K Output

On April 2nd, a Nintendo Direct presentation is set to take place, during which the company will reveal more information about the Nintendo Switch 2. Recently, at the GDC conference in San Francisco, some developers stated that the console's dev kits do not feature 4K output.
This was reported by insider Tom Henderson, who received the information directly from developers and via email.
It's worth noting that the absence of 4K output in the Nintendo Switch 2 dev kit does not necessarily mean it won't be present in the final version of the console. For example, dev kits sometimes have more memory for debugging or may lack certain features.
Previously, it was reported that Nintendo Switch 2 dev kits were expected to reach developers in June, but it seems major studios have already received them.
As a reminder, the Nintendo Switch 2 console was announced in January this year.
