How to Get the Wingsuit in Far Cry 6
The wingsuit can be found in several games in the franchise, allowing players to glide from significant heights without crashing upon landing. With proper use, the wingsuit enables players to quickly move across the open world of Far Cry 6 at high speed, evading enemies and overcoming obstacles. In this guide, we'll show you where to find and how to unlock the wingsuit as early as possible.
To get the wingsuit in Far Cry 6, you need to progress in the campaign until customizable and upgradable rebel camps become available. You will have to get past the initial island to a point where the story splits into three separate paths with different rebel factions.
Choose any storyline direction, and soon you will unlock a rebel camp where you can create new buildings that provide upgrades. This will require materials that you collect from trucks and chests.
Once you unlock the camp, you can build a Hideout Network at the construction site. The following materials are required:
- Metal: 30;
- Fuel: 30.
Building the «Hideout Network» in the camp will grant you the wingsuit! It will be equipped automatically, so all you have to do is find a suitable height and test it in action.
If you have the wingsuit equipped, it will be activated when falling from any significant height, just like a parachute. Press the indicated button on the screen to activate it. From this point, you can control your descent and glide. Diving down will increase your speed. Just remember to activate your parachute before landing on the ground.
The wingsuit allows you to move faster and land in a safe location. You won't be attacked, even if you find yourself in enemy airspace. In the pause menu, you can also find wingsuit control options if you have trouble managing it. You can customize it to your liking. Using the map for fast travel to specific points, you can choose to drop from the sky or immediately land on the ground.
