The free co-op shooter The First Descendant has been released on PC, Xbox, and PlayStation

On July 2, The First Descendant, a free-to-play looter-shooter in a sci-fi setting, was released. The game is available on PC (Steam) and Xbox and PlayStation consoles.

The First Descendant tells the story of the inhabitants of the planet Ingris fighting against a powerful alien civilization. Using some ancient power, players must unlock their potential and repel the invaders.

In terms of gameplay, the game is a co-op shooter in the spirit of Outriders and Warframe. In a company of up to four people, players will level up heroes (there are about 20 at the start), acquire new equipment, complete story missions, and endgame content.
