MSI unveils high-performance laptop lineup. Detailed overview
At CES 2025, MSI showcased its latest lineup of laptops, promising cutting-edge features and unparalleled performance for even the most demanding users. Designed for professionals and gamers alike, the new series is built to handle the toughest workloads with ease.
The lineup features five distinct series, comprising over 30 models. All laptops are powered by the latest Intel and AMD processors and equipped with NVIDIA's newest generation of GPUs. Let’s dive into the details of these impressive new offerings.
Next-Gen gaming and AI performance with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 and advanced processors
The entire MSI laptop lineup, equipped with Intel Core Ultra 200HX and 200H processors as well as AMD Ryzen AI 300 / Ryzen 9000 chips, offers unique capabilities for gamers and professionals working with artificial intelligence and creative applications.
Intel Core Ultra processors with 24 cores and a built-in neural processing unit (NPU) provide up to a 15% performance increase compared to previous generations. These processors pair perfectly with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 GPUs. These graphics cards deliver outstanding gaming performance thanks to NVIDIA DLSS 4 support and the ability to generate images at incredible speeds, opening new horizons for creators and enthusiasts.
Meanwhile, laptops featuring Ryzen AI 300 processors, which support next-gen NPUs with performance up to 50 TOPS, effectively utilize NVIDIA NIM microservices, providing access to advanced AI models for creating intelligent agents and assistants. Thus, the new MSI lineup offers an ideal combination of performance, next-gen graphics, and AI capabilities, suitable for both gaming and innovative application development.
Most laptops will use NVIDIA mobile GPUs. However, models based on AMD Ryzen AI 7 350, Intel Core Ultra 7 155H, and Intel Core Ultra 5 125H will rely on integrated graphics. Meanwhile, the VenturePro 15 AI, VenturePro 16 AI, and VenturePro 17 AI models will feature last-generation mobile GPUs (RTX 4060 Laptop and RTX 4050 Laptop).

Innovations for enhanced performance and user comfort
To improve the stability of internal components, MSI implemented a series of new technologies that significantly enhance the performance and comfort of their laptops.
One of these innovations is a new cooling system with a heat pipe for SSDs. This system cools PCIe Gen 5 SSDs by up to 10°C, ensuring stable operation under high loads, maintaining consistent data transfer speeds, and preventing overheating.
For even greater performance in storage systems, MSI introduced Super RAID 5 technology, which combines Gen5 and Gen4 SSDs into a single array. This allows read speeds to reach 18,000 MB/s, enabling near-instantaneous system responsiveness.
Additionally, MSI announced its latest AI development — MSI AI Robot. This AI assistant, created in collaboration with NVIDIA, integrates a small language model, enabling users to control laptops via commands even without an internet connection. This makes device setup and management more intuitive and straightforward.
MSI’s comprehensive set of tools, including the AI Noise Cancellation Pro system and AI Engine, expands laptop functionality, providing intuitive and intelligent interaction with the device.
