The stack trace shows that the connection opens and immediately closes, hence the cyclic reconnections. It looks like filtering by the provider. To confirm, a couple more questions.

Click on Network on any websocket line (where type = websocket), and check:

what is its Status Code (at the top, in Headers). If it's 101 — the handshake is successful. If something else — write what
how long the connection lives in the Time / Duration column (seconds/minutes, or does it break immediately)
open the Messages tab within this line and wait a minute or two — are there any messages coming at all (at least short pings), or is it empty

And a separate check to understand if the provider is cutting all WSS or just ours. Go to https://www.websocket.org/tools/websocket-client/ — there is a Connect button to their echo server. If you can't connect there either or it drops after a couple of seconds — then it's the provider's issue (DPI cuts WebSocket). If their connection stays stable, but ours drops — then something specific is happening on our server.

If you can — try the same page vgtimes.ru with mobile internet (turning off Wi-Fi). If online updates appear on mobile — it's definitely the provider.

По стектрейсу видно, что соединение открывается и сразу закрывается, поэтому идут циклические переподключения. Похоже на фильтрацию у провайдера. Чтобы убедиться, ещё пара вопросов.

Кликни в Network по любой строке websocket (там где type = websocket), и посмотри:

какой у неё Status Code (вверху, в Headers). Если 101 — рукопожатие проходит. Если что-то другое — напиши какое
сколько живёт соединение в колонке Time / Duration (секунды/минуты, или сразу обрывается)
открой вкладку Messages внутри этой строки и подожди минуту-две — приходят ли вообще какие-то сообщения (хотя бы короткие пинги), или там пусто

И отдельная проверка, чтобы понять, режет ли провайдер вообще все WSS или только наш. Зайди на https://www.websocket.org/tools/websocket-client/ — там кнопка Connect к их эхо-серверу. Если у тебя там тоже не подключается или отваливается через пару секунд — значит дело в провайдере (DPI режет WebSocket). Если их подключение живёт стабильно, а наш отваливается — значит у нас на сервере что-то специфическое.

Если можешь — попробуй ещё с мобильного интернета (отключив Wi-Fi) ту же страницу vgtimes.ru. Если на мобильном онлайн-обновления появляются — точно провайдер.

To understand what's going on, check in the browser (Chrome / Edge / Firefox / Yandex).

Open the page where online updates used to work (any news with comments)
Press F12 (or right-click → "View code")
Select Network (Сеть) at the top in the tabs
Enable the WS filter below (if it's not there — click All / Все and uncheck the others)
Refresh the page (F5), without closing the panel
A line like wss/123/ or level_wss/ should appear, click on it

Send two screenshots: a general view of this line in the list (showing its status — 101, Pending, Failed or something else), and the Messages tab inside it — are there any messages when someone comments on the page.
And a couple more questions: what browser and version do you have (chrome://version or about:support in the address bar), are there blockers (uBlock, AdGuard, AdBlock, Browser.Protection) — if yes, try disabling them only on vgtimes.ru and refresh, and what provider and region, if it's not a secret.

Обнови страницу (F5), не закрывая панель

Пришли два скрина: общий вид этой строки в списке (видно её статус — 101, Pending, Failed или что-то ещё), и вкладку Messages (Сообщения) внутри неё — приходят ли там сообщения, когда кто-то пишет коммент на странице.
И ещё пара вопросов: какой у тебя браузер и версия (chrome://version или about:support в адресной строке), стоят ли блокировщики (uBlock, AdGuard, AdBlock, Браузер.Защита) — если да, попробуй отключить их только на vgtimes.ru и обновить, и какой провайдер с регионом, если не секрет.
