New Game of Thrones Action Game Coming to Mobile Platforms

South Korean studio Netmarble has announced Game of Thrones: Kingsroad, a third-person mobile action game set in the Game of Thrones universe. Players will take on the role of one of the Night's Watch «crows» and will encounter familiar characters like Jon Snow.

The trailer offers a glimpse of several battles against White Walkers, including an undead giant. The combat system appears to be inspired by the God of War reboot.

One YouTube user has already posted 25 minutes of gameplay from the game. Judging by the interface, the project will also be available to try on PC.

Kingsroad also boasts advanced graphics powered by Unreal Engine 5. The game is being developed for iOS and Android, but specific device requirements have yet to be announced.

Game of Thrones: Kingsroad is set for release in 2025.
