The beta for Midnight Murder Club has launched on PC and PS5 — new trailer revealed
At The Game Awards 2024, developers from Velan Studios showcased a new trailer for their multiplayer first-person shooter, Midnight Murder Club. The game is set to release in early access in February 2025.
Currently, beta testing with cross-play is available on PC and PS5.
"Hide your identity behind a mask and join your friends in a game where, besides precise shooting, you'll need heightened senses and the ability to deceive. Here, in the darkness, there's no room for error", — the description reads.
In Midnight Murder Club, players must battle against friends in a dark mansion. The only things that can help secure victory are a revolver and a flashlight. Various bonuses can also be used. For instance, there are pills that grant the hero night vision.
Traps are scattered throughout the house, so players must move with extreme caution, listening to every rustle, as it might signal an approaching enemy. Additionally, for added fun, the game includes voice chat.
