R.E.P.O. is a cooperative online horror game that entered early access on February 26, 2025. Your main task is to infiltrate a dangerous territory and take a valuable item from there. It turned out to be a kind of analogue of Lethal Company, which has already found its audience. But you can make the game even better with the help of user modifications. How to install mods on R.E.P.O.
- Download BepInEx.
- Unzip the archive to the game folder.
- Download the modification.
- Move it to the BepInEx/plugins directory. If there is no such folder, create it.
- Run the game.
Shared Upgrades — access to upgrades for all players
A simple mod that activates an upgrade for all raid members at once. After installing it, situations where your allies steal upgrades will disappear.
Also pay attention to the TeamHeals modification, which allows you to restore health to all players with one first aid kit.
R.E.P.O. Players Counter — player counter
The Players Counter modification installs a counter in the upper left corner of the screen. With its help, you can track how many people are in the room. This is convenient for both beginners and experienced R.E.P.O. players.
ScoreMultipliers — reward increase
This mod will be useful for those who found the original game too difficult. It increases the value of loot by 30%, and the reward for killing monsters by 250%. At the same time, the cost of items is reduced by 30%.
REPORoles — new roles for players
A modification that offers additional roles for players at the beginning of each level. Full list:
- Runner — the character with the highest speed;
- Tank — has twice as much health as other heroes, but moves slower than others;
- Gambler — receives a random buff and debuff in each new game;
- Strongman — has increased physical strength;
- Ranged Looter — has a much larger attack radius and slightly increased strength;
- Athletic — has increased stamina and strength, jumps higher than others.

UltimateRevive — the ability to resurrect friends
Allows you to bring allies back to life after their death. However, this will cost you your own health.
BetterItemScanner — item scanner
After installing this mod, you will be able to highlight objects around you. To do this, press the E button.
EnemyHealthBar — demonstration of health points of opponents
A modification that allows you to find out how much life force the enemy has left. In addition, you will see how many points of damage each of your hits does.
MapValueTracker — displaying the cost of items
With this mod, you will see how much loot costs right during the game. Players will be able to immediately decide whether to take the item or look for something more valuable.
ModificationExtractionPointConfirmButton will allow you to hand over loot at any time and get money for it.
REPOing Valuables — new values
Adds a set of 15 values to the game. Each of them is fully consistent with the style of the game.

SillyWeaponSounds — replacing sounds in the game
An unusual mod that changes the sounds in R.E.P.O. As a result, hitting with a bat sounds like "bonk", attacking with a frying pan will make you remember Team Fortress 2, and the sledgehammer resembles working with an anvil from Minecraft.
The Fart Grenade modification changes the sound of grenade explosions to farts.
And Fart Mine is an analogue of the previous mod, but for mines.
