ModLib is an incredibly cool tool that adds a menu for managing mods. Something similar is familiar to Skyrim fans; the mod has SkyUI functions. You can change the settings of various mods that support this tool and much more.

Installation: Installs like a regular module. In order of loading ModLib, it is better to place it above those mods that require ModLib to work.
