Anniversary Edition of Braid. The creators invited the original game's artist, David Hellman, to help update the visual style. But the changes aren't limited to graphics: thanks to the new game being released on more powerful systems, there's an opportunity to rethink many levels and make them even more special. Characters move more smoothly and clearly thanks to additional animations, and overall, various elements of the game will be improved.
The creators have also reworked the sound design: now it feels more diverse and rich. The sound recording was done by Martin Stig Andersen (known for his work on outstanding games including Control and Inside) and Hans Christian Kock (who made a name for himself with his work on the game Max: The Curse of Brotherhood and several films).
During gameplay, you can switch between the original and remastered versions of graphics and sound, allowing you to feel the difference between two generations of video games. And if you want to indulge in nostalgia, you can switch to the original 2008 version of the game at any time.
And most importantly, the creators have added developer commentary to the game. Braid has become an unshakable classic for many players, and now you can dive deeper and more detailed into the game's creation story.
