E3 Visual Overhaul.

Love the colors of E3 2018 but hate how the game looks blurry? Look no further! Better shadows, better lighting, better colors, see for yourself! As for performance impact, with an RTX 3090 and i9 9900k playing in 4K, the loss is about 6-8 frames per second, but it's still worth it. I also highly recommend using NVIDIA's control panel sharpening over any other sharpening method due to its high quality and lack of frame rate loss.
