Neon Rims Color Control.
A CET-based editor capable of changing neon disk colors on the fly! Suitable for every motorcycle and every appearance. The mod uses mechanics available since patch 1.5. To activate it, you need to press the horn button. If nothing works, check your key bindings if you have a beep assigned.
