Download Gray Beard Deacon. Changes the color of Deacon's skinny (pre-Lost Lake) beard. Compatible with all outfit mods that use a shaggy beard. Available in light or dark options. As far as I know, boot order doesn't matter. Use only 1 file.

Download Beard Restored. Restore Deacon's beard. The author tried to recreate all the appearance options, but did not test them all (only a couple of them).

Download bearded mil hat deacon. Works 100% in gameplay, 50% in cutscenes. Installation to this path: %LocalAppData%/BendGame/Saved/Paks.
