Save file containing all Legendary Talismans, Emotes, Summons, Ashes, Weapons, Armor, Spells and Incantations for character level 160 achievements. I don't think I'm missing anything since I've finished the game 3 times already (you need 3 playthroughs to get all the challenges and endings) so you are suggested to upgrade to New Game Plus 4.
Don't forget to back up your save.
