Monotonous, but that's why it's an addictive game.
So, Euro truck simulator 2 (In Russian translation "With cargo across Europe 3"(???)) is a truck driver simulator. The game has no plot, and there is also no clear goal. At the beginning, you appear with almost no money in the city of your choice. You are immediately given your first short order. As a result, for not very large orders you collect the required amount of money before your first truck. This is where the juice begins. Buy, improve garages, hire workers, buy, improve trucks. You have been working long and hard to expand your company, you have improved all the garages, you have tried all the trucks, and... The workers are running out. After a long period of work, when all the workers are hired, that's it. There is nothing else to do in the game, except to achieve achievements. It is also possible to explore the map, which is really large here. Many cities and countries of Europe, as well as DLC and fashion. By the way, about DLS and mods. There are many of them. Both this and that. Most of the DLC is pointless, like truck paint, but there are some good ones that I won't review. Mods, in turn, add even more. Maps, tuning, traffic, sounds (which in the game itself, to put it mildly, are not the best), light, graphics and much more. Of course, there is no such return as in Skyrim, but still, there is something to modify. And one of the most global mods is Multiplayer, which, with its shortcomings, also deserves attention. I also can’t help but mention the function with which you can add your own music to the game. And, at the end of the review, I can’t help but mention the saddest thing - artificial intelligence, which in the game itself is simply terrible.
In any case, the game is constantly being updated, and everything bad can be fixed sooner or later. The game is recommended for absolutely everyone, especially after a sweaty skating rink or a difficult boss in Dark Souls. ETS 2 does an excellent job with its main task - relaxation.
