Fallout is one of the best post-apocalyptic RPGs.
The game has an interesting plot, character leveling, and several endings.
Although the game is already old, it is still a masterpiece!

Do you know role-playing games better than the original Fallouts? I haven't personally met anyone like this. This post-apocalyptic atmosphere, in the spirit of the original "Mad Max", Vaults, super mutants, local cities, the Creator! I think the game is a great game even in today's realities.

Вот вы знаете ролевые игры лучше, чем оригинальные Фаллауты? Я вот лично не встречал таких. Эта атмосфера постапокалипсиса, в духе оригинального "Безумного Макса", Убежища, супермутанты, здешние города, Создатель! Мне игра кажется великолепной игра и в сегодняшних реалиях.
К слову, первую и вторую части Фаллаут я прошёл впервые в 2016-ом году. И посему, на мои впечатления от игры никак не могут повлиять ностальгические чувства.

No one else could replicate that atmosphere of decline, anarchy and hopelessness, although there were not one or two good games.
Wasteland, raiders, skirmishes, mutants of various stripes, thirst for profit and abandoned objects of that previous, already dead world, make up a complete and reliable world from which it is impossible to tear yourself away.
The possibility of different solutions to quests has risen to a qualitatively new level, when the same problem can be solved in at least two different ways, and often not only by killing or persuading, but also by bribing, stealing, framing...

Ту атмосферу упадка, анархии и безнадежности не смог повторить больше никто, хотя неплохих игр было ни одна и ни две.
Пустоши, рейдеры, перестрелки, мутанты разных мастей, жажда наживы и заброшенные объекты того предыдущего, уже мертвого мира, составляют цельный и достоверный мир, от которого невозможно оторваться.
Возможность же разного решения квестов поднялась на качественно новый уровень, когда одну и ту же проблему можно решить как минимум двумя разными способами, а зачастую не только убить или уговорить, но и подкупить, обворовать, подставить...

The most depressing part of Fallout with a small (un)cozy little world where almost everyone wants to eat you, kill you, rob you, tear you apart, etc. This part best reflects what could happen after a nuclear war. Thus, it becomes almost a warning to humanity.
Even everything here, absolutely everything, the endings are unrealistically depressing. Even if you did everything correctly, you will still be kicked out of the shelter and you will not be able to stand it and shoot its boss, after which you will go on to wander through the Californian wastelands. What can we say about worse endings.
Moderate gameplay, atmospheric graphics style and sound, a story that gives you goosebumps.

Самая гнетущая часть Fallout с небольшим (не)уютным мирком, где почти все хотят тебя съесть, убить, ограбить, разорвать на части и т.д. Эта часть лучше всех отображает то, что может быть после ядерной войны. Таким образом, она становится почти что предупреждением для человечества.
Тут даже все, абсолютно все, концовки нереально гнетущие. Даже в случае, если ты всё сделал правильно, то тебя всё равно выгонят из убежище и ты не выдержишь и застрелишь его начальника, после чего отправишься дальше скитаться по калифорнийским пустошам. Что уж говорить о более плохих концовках.
Умеренный геймплей, атмосферный стиль графики и саунд, пробирающая до мурашек история.
Отсутствие пафоса, присущего новым частям Фоллаута.
